Dime Savings Bank

To present vital information to their customers more effectively, Dime Savings Bank needed to update and improve their communication documents. Dime’s unwieldy printing process also required an overhaul. Computershare Communication Services developed an attractive, easier to read statement design and converted all client communications in just 90 days. Dime’s printing costs were also reduced by utilizing only 2 stock bases in the printing process instead of 10. Computershare further optimized the value of Dime’s communications by implementing transpromotional messaging to facilitate the marketing of additional services.

BMO Capital Management

BMO Capital Management’s core business serves a number of large corporate clients. These clients were receiving individual paper statements for each of their numerous accounts on a monthly basis. As a result, the data from these statements could not be conveniently retrieved by the client, while BMO incurred significant printing and shipping costs. By enabling BMO clients to access their monthly statements online, Computershare Communication Services reduced BMO’s printing costs. Most importantly, BMO was able to raise the level of service provided to its corporate clients, who now have immediate access to their current and historical records, as well as the ability to easily download data and documents.
